Agreement to Terms

By using BAGGU’s website and placing an order, you agree to follow these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not place an order on our site.

Order Accuracy and Pricing

At BAGGU, we aim to provide precise pricing and detailed product descriptions for all merchandise, including favorites such as the Medium Cargo Crossbody and Nylon Drawstring Bag. Despite our efforts, errors may occasionally occur.

If we discover a pricing or description error, BAGGU reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund promptly.
We may also limit order quantities or notify you if a product is out of stock to maintain availability for all customers.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed in any way, including adding or removing products.

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, you must contact BAGGU as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate timely requests, modifications and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping and Delivery Responsibilities

Providing a complete and accurate shipping address is the customer’s responsibility. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause packages to be returned to BAGGU.

If your package is returned due to address issues, we will work with you to reship the order upon request, but additional shipping charges may apply.

For international shipments, customs fees, import duties, and related charges are the recipient’s responsibility. These fees are outside BAGGU’s control and cannot be predicted in advance.

BAGGU is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us promptly via our contact page. BAGGU will assist in investigating the issue and guide you through the next steps.
