Order Processing

At BAGGU, we carefully prepare and ship your orders from our facility within 1-3 business days. After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.

Shipping within the United States

We ship nationwide via ground service for a flat rate of $6. Orders with a subtotal exceeding $50 qualify for free ground shipping.

Standard delivery takes about 7-10 business days once your order has shipped.

If you need your items sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Shipping fees and delivery estimates for expedited methods will be clearly shown before you finalize your order.

International Shipping

BAGGU offers international shipping with delivery times typically between 8-11 business days after your order is dispatched, depending on your location.

Customs processing can cause delays beyond these estimates.
Recipients are responsible for any customs duties or fees imposed by their country; BAGGU cannot predict or cover these costs.

Shipping Address Requirements

We ship orders to the address you enter during checkout. Please verify your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase to avoid delivery complications.

If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact us promptly through the BAGGU contact page. Due to processing timelines, changes may not always be feasible and cannot be guaranteed.

Incorrect addresses may result in packages being returned to BAGGU. Reshipping fees may apply if a package must be sent again due to an invalid address provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays and Carrier Responsibilities

While BAGGU aims to dispatch orders swiftly, once packages are with the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the shipping provider. During peak periods such as holidays or major sales events, shipments may take longer than usual to arrive.

If Your Package Is Marked Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate your package, first check around your residence including porches, side entrances, and common mail areas.

If the package still cannot be found, please reach out to us via the BAGGU contact page. We will help you initiate a claim or take other appropriate actions.
